Málaga Airport (AGP) is also known as Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport. It is the fourth-busiest airport in Spain, and the busiest international airport in the region of Andalusia. The airport has flight connections to over 60 countries worldwide, daily links with 20 cities in Spain, and over 100 cities in Europe.

It is located 8km (5mi) southwest of Málaga and 5km (3mi) north of Torremolinos.

Málaga Airport: Terminal and gate map

The airport has two terminals. They are named Terminal 2 (T2) and Terminal 3 (T3).

Terminal 2 (T2): Also known as the Pablo Ruiz Picasso terminal. It provides access to Pier B.

Terminal 2 has four levels:

• Basement (Rental cars)
• Ground floor (Arrivals)
• First floor (Lower level for Pier B, leading to Arrivals)
• Second floor (Departures)

Terminal 3 (T3): The newer of the two terminals. It is double the size of Terminal 2. Provides access to Pier C and Pier D.

Dining, shops and lounges at Málaga Airport

The airport has many dining options for travelers to choose from. These include cafes, restaurants, fast food takeaway, breweries, wine bars, and tapas.

There are plenty of shops to explore while you’re at the airport. These include press, books, gifts, pharmacy, lottery, tobacco, the latest in technology, and duty-free shopping.

There is a lounge located on the second floor of Terminal 3.

Find transportation from the airport: Rail, bus, taxi, car rentals, parking

Transportation hub: Located outside Terminal 3 with both arrival and departure levels. Bus station, suburban train station, and car parking can be reached from here.

Railway line: An underground railway station connects Cercanías Málaga commuter trains with Málaga. Located at the arrivals area of Terminal 3. Trains run every 20 minutes between Málaga City and Fuengirola via Málaga Airport.

Bus station: A bus station is located underground. There is also a bus stop outside the cargo terminal.

Taxi: Taxis are located outside Terminal 3, on the Ground floor, near Arrivals.

Car rentals: Car rental agencies are located in the basement of Terminal 2.

Parking: Two large parking areas are situated outdoors, but in covered lots. They can be reached via the transportation hub. VIP parking and express services are available.
